okay, so it's been a while since i posted my last entry, and basically it's about something totally irrelevant from the events in my life. so now, i'm dedicating this post entry for some actual facts in my life, that may shed some light on my entire personality. LOL. in other words, you guys would know me better. ^_^ i'm answering the most asked questions i have encountered, and where the heck will i end up, now that we've officially migrated to US. i know, please sob with me here, people. *hides behind changmin, sobs* LOL. soo.. let's get this thing started, with the first, and the most extremely asked question. ^_^








Q. What is it with Koreans that made you uber obsessed with them? Why the you like K-pop and K-dramas and everything? How did it start?
A. Okay, you guys have to admit, this is one of the greatest things peolpe have asked me. hehe. well, let's say.. it's something i couldn't get rid of. let's have a couple of comparisons, shall we? korean to me is like.. isabel with her poetry. like mon mon and her anime. elly and her hollywood. bella and her softball. clarisse with ashley tisdlae. ^_^ so you see, it's something far unexplainable. LOL!

1. well, why do i like koreans? it's simply because i am so tired of western beauty. you know, the blond, the brunette and the redhead? the oddly shaped noses and the blue, chestnut brown, green eyes? i am so sick sick sick of it. --;; no, wait, let me explain. i think western beauty is absolutely overrated. and because i am seeing to much of them already, i see the oriental physical features to be a refreshing start. i am absolutely inlove with the big, black eyes and the side swept bangs, and the men's long hairdos. it's like i am seeing something really new, and i prefer korean/chines/taiwanese beauty than the mediocre blond and blue eyes. not to mention the skinship with this peole is not misunderstood. whenever two guys hug, wipe each others tears and other stuff like that, it's considered gay in most countries. but in korea, they regard that as acompletely normal thing, which expresses brotherly care and love. which is totally, UBER AMAZING. i hope philippines was not so much of a narrow minded nation to regard these tings as gayness. *roll eyes*

2. Why do i like Korean entertainment? because koreans value talent the most. in the korean entertainment industry, you can't survive with the simple fact that you're as hot as hell. you need to be trained, you need to know how to sing, dance, act. you can't be famous in just one snap of a finger. unlike with filipino showbusiness, standing beside a guy infront of peole, singing to each other and pinching each others cheeks was surely enough to make the audience scream in happiness. thus, this madness is called LOVETEAMS. so effin' dense.

3. How did it start. let's see, when i was in second year, which is a couple of years back, my classmate jairah degayo introduced me to the most amazing entertainer in ths whole world: BoA. she sang, she acted, she danced, she spoke japanese and korean. but what amazed me was her ability to sing and dance amazingly hard routines while performing live. while other artists would certainly crumble into a heap of nothing when they attempt to do that, BoA defied the odds and made herself an entertainment legend. LOL. then in came DBSK during their hi ya ya days, which is their second release. everything plunged deeper and there you go. ^_^ that's how you got the present nhixxie.



Q. Will you be going back to the Philippines?
A. I'm sure not this year or the next, but after i graduate highschool. i will certainly be back and rock my home country. LOL!



Q. Have you ever been inlove?
A. Okay, totally irrelevant question, but no. i haven't been inlove to a person throughout my sixteen years of living. LOL. but i, in fact, am inlove with a lot of korean--okay. i'll stop, i'll stop. i guess you guys know what's coming next, huh? LOL. ^_^


Q. What are your talents?
A. Well, i'm sure i can write, and sing a bit, and dance a bit. i'm not sure with acting though, i never tried it before. and i think i'm pretty smart. *grin, grin*



Q. What is your favorite--
A. I HATE THIS QUESTION! there were these times i had to PAINSTAKINGLY choose whether who was my favorite dong bang boy. *sobs* IT EFFIN' TORE ME APART! that is why i am so totally banning this question out of my entire existance! RAWR!



Q. What are your future plans in life?
A. I.. dunno. but i'm starting to gather clues to where i think my life should be heading. i plan to take nursing in the philippines. i apply to be a stewardess. i travel all over the world. i visit korea. i marry a dong bang boy. i retire and be merry for the rest of my life! great, that's exactl what i'll do! LOL!



Q. What are your hidden dreams and wants?
A. Well, this is the first time i'd expose this.. but, i want to be an artist. you know, the performing ones? and i want to be an artist in korea. yup. haha. well, why korea? they regard talent so, so, much. and they actually have a high standard in picking people. unlike in philippines, where you could just entire star struck and automatically, you're there, you're on top. if ever i am given a chance to be an entertainer, i will surely grab it. but i want to be one the hard way, where in i could actually learn something in the process.



Q. What are your activities right now?
A. Well, i'm planning on taking korean language lessons if we manage to find one in LA. also, i am going back to my takewondo training regimen, and hopefully by the end of the month, i'd lose more some pounds before i get into school.



Q. Are you scared of going to a new school with lotsa foreigners?
A. To tell the truth, i'm a bit nervous. seeing that i have watched mean girls for like.. ten times already. but i'm not exactl scared. i mean, why should i? i know fluent english, i'm not entirely a bad person, and i studied taekwondo for about five years. so, imean, if i just thump my chest, blow my cheeks and stand up to them, it wouldn't be much of a problem, right?



Q. one last before this interview session is over. Do you miss your friends?
A. I am seriously gonna thump you on the head if you expect me to answer that question which has such an obvious answer. =o=;;

i'm in a daze and i'm still lovin' it. OLLA people! ^-^





i am a DBSK fan enough to discover dong bang shin ki's amazing dream concert performance. guess what? it knocked my socks, shoes and black-korean-styled-glasses off. (i actually got korean-syled glasses! sweet!) it is lip synced, but do not wave your fists at me, saying 'bah, what the hell? lip syncers are nothing!'. try singing an exceptionally brilliant song while dancing an exceptionally brilliant (HARD) choreography, complete with spinnning fireworks across the stage. if a firecracker suddenly exploded infront of me i would have screamed in terror and run off to zimbabwuekorea. i have realized right then and there that typical korean men are TALL and SKINNY. no matter how muscular they are, they'd be always SKINNY. how culd they be so lucky?! *sobs* while the rest of the dong bang boy's revealed their arms in the performance, yunho-sshi was wearing a long sleeved shirt. which made me a little disappointed, since yunho-sshi's arms were DA BOMB. but then as the performance progressed, i didn't the hell cared if yunho-sshi was in a frigging fur coat. because he pulled his shirt up and flashed his washboard tum tum (tummy). it was AMAZING. LOL. i saw that move once with rain's i'm coming vid and live concerts, but sadly it didn't make me shriek like i did seeing yunho-sshi do the move. maybe it's because rain is a bit older? (by the way, i pray to god that rain would win his case! some oldie almost-non-existent-american-band's sueing him for having the same name as they. i mean, come on! who cares about some ol' weirdos with instruments with the name rain?! *roll eyes*)

okay, moving on, i have to say and gasp and spazz, chang min-sshi had gotten sooo hotter. it was INSANE! he was certainly working out very much, seeing his body and chest were undeniably fitter and muscular. when i was still gagging about DBSK's hug days, chang min was oozing with cuteness, he kissed a cat, did his all-too-famously-cute head snap and looked adorable. but now, he had evolved into this man that towered over his hyungs! LOL!

yunho-sshi's hairstyle changed too. i dunno, i don't care, everything looks good on him. with the exception of the bald style, that is. i would kill the peolpe who dares shave yunho-sshi's dazzling hair! RAWR!

one more thing before i post the clickables. you guys see the shockingly large portion of red ballons/lights? that, my friends, is cassiopeia, dong bang shin ki's offocial fanclub. as you can see, they're pretty LARGE in numbers. insane. the seating capacity for cassiopeia in the stadium is 10,000 seats. just imagine, 10,000 seats filled with peole who adore you. so heartwarming, eh? LOL! and thus i envy the people who managed to even take a step on seoul stadium. and now, i announce, that i am BUMMED. -o-;;

so, for those of you who's interested in gawking at their awesome O performance at the dream concert, i found one in youtube, but it's completely cracked up and blurry. i have a sendspace link so you guys can download it. this one's really really really clear, and you won't have trouble recognizing who is who at all. takes a while to download, but really worth every second of the wiat. for those who can't lengthen their band of patience, you guys can just watch the youtube vid and squint your eyes at the crappy resolution. LOL. patience, as everybody says, is an effin virtue. GO GET ONE. :D

hello strangers and loved ones! ^^



and so, i found them. who're they, you ask? well, they are known as FIVE TREASURE ISLAND to the whole world. but to me, i know them as the effin' band i could finally call by the first name without any formalities. why? because, by chance, they are around my age. oldest is 17, youngest is fifteen. JESUS. i'm a noona to one of them! can you imagine that?! just freaks me out like mad. LOL. maybe it's because i've been under the exposure of older-boy-band radiation too much (DBSK, BIG BANG, SHINHWA). LOL. but honestly, aside from their to die for attributes, their music is so easy on the ears. and they PLAY THEIR OWN INSTRUMENTS. adds to the talent, adds to the charm. so now you know why i like them. a) because they got talent b) they have the effin' looks, c) they're korean. third item is too obvious, i shouldn't have placed that up! hellooooo. i am back, and dong bangin'. (lame, i know, bear with me here. -o-;;)


since the first day i arrived in arizona, i have spotted this keyboard/piano/organ whatever they call it, seated by the wall just at the entrance of my room door. it's all covered up with a white table cloth, with a couple of TY plushies and a brand new headphone set. and through out the weeks i have been fixed in here, i have not spared one glance on that keyboard/piano/organ whatever they call it. but then, just this tuesday, i realized, jeez, i could actually learn piano in here!

and who inspired my to do so? yoochun-sshi. ^^ he had learned to play the piano expertly ALL BY HIMSELF. so i told my stubborn self, i could learn by myself too! hwaiting! I WILL KICK ASS! LOL! and thus within the two days i have began reading the beginnings for keyboards book that came along with the keyboard/piano/organ whatever they call it, i have learned two songs: when the saints go marching in and kumbaya. yeah. LAME. but still, i am so effin' proud of myself! i have never expected to learn two songs in two days. -o-;; when i was starting out with a teacher when i was younger, i was such a noob i don't even know how to read the staff. -o-;; (it's a bit of cheating though, the notes have key labellings, LOL. so i get it easier. haha. BUT STILL!) and if i'm gonna get real good with it, promise myself that i will play rising sun, a DBSK song, in the piano. like this amazing dude/dudette!

hello again people. ^^

jeez, i'm on a posting rampage. LOL but this is a movie review i want to share you guys. not really the best movie, but it has a charm of its own that will make you laugh, cry, and just feel all the different emotions clashing together, which will virtually make your face weird looking. LOL. ^^ let's start with posters, shall we?



kang hanna is an overweight korean girl, with a whopping 200 pounds on the scale. though with her rough outside attributes, her talent lies beneath her throat, an amazing voice that is claimed by a popular star. hanna's job was to lend her voice to the lip syncer ami, who only had the great face and body, but nonetheless untalented in every way. her only consolation to this job is seeing the man of her dreams, han sang jun, every single day. he is the reason, as she had said, why she had continued to live on despite all the crap in her world. he's kind, sympathetic and understanding, just like how hanna had envisioned him to be. but everything takes a 180-degree turn when hanna discovers that sang jun's affections for her was just a ploy to keep her working for him, thus bringing forth much more fame into his business.

absolutely heart-broken by this discovery, hanna runs away from her job, locks herself up in her house and attempts suicide by taking in slimming pills. but then fate had decided for her to live and take on the biggest challenge of her life--undergoing a whole-body plastic surgery. soon, she emerges as a beautiful girl, ready to take on the world of showbusiness once again under the name jenny, a korean-american auditioning for the new voice behind ammi.

but events soon spiral out of control as jenny founds herself unspeakable conditions--she is unable to visit her father in the hospital. she is forced to lie about everything that concerns her new personality. she loses her best friend in the process. not to mention ammi was on the prowl, determined to crack the mystery behind hannah and jenny's similarities.

200 pounds of beauty isn't exactly the best when it comes to plot lines. it poses a bit of unrealistic happenings, but still, it promotes self confidence and self acceptance among those over the skinny size 4. amazing songs, talented actors and actresses, heart-wrenching morals. a very nice movie all in all! <3
